ST005E Automatic hammer cyclone mill is a crushing equipment with beautiful appearance, compact structure, simple operation, smooth operation, and durability. High speed constant temperature automatic hammer type cyclone mill is mainly suitable for crushing small and medium-sized particles (water content meets national standards) such as wheat and rice in the grain industry. The samples crushed by this machine (passing through different aperture sieve plates) are suitable for measuring the quantity and quality of gluten, preparing samples with precision requirements such as drop value, near-infrared composition, and grain viscosity, as well as measuring and analyzing various indicators.

Characteristics are as follows:

● Using high-speed grinding and hammering, the sample becomes powder and enters the stainless steel integrator through the stainless steel sieve plate with the high-speed airflow to produce the required uniform sample;

● The box has excellent sound-absorbing and soundproofing materials, resulting in low noise;

● The motor is equipped with a built-in temperature control protection circuit, which will automatically shut down once the motor exceeds the set temperature;

● During sample crushing, it has the function of automatic cleaning of the grinding chamber with high-speed airflow, eliminating the need for manual cleaning during sample crushing;

● Irregular shaped large particle samples (such as large particle corn) are fed and crushed;

● The high-speed airflow during the hammering and crushing process can cause the loss of water in the sample. Due to temperature control limitations, the temperature inside the chamber is kept at room temperature to minimize water loss. Generally, samples with 10-20% water content will lose 2-5% water during the crushing process.

● LCD touch operation, clean interface, easy to operate. Temperature control, crushing time, main motor speed, and feeding speed can be set.
