SH3554 Petroleum wax oil detector

SH3554 Petroleum wax oil content tester is in accordance with the People's Republic of China standard GB/T3554 "petroleum wax oil content determination method"Designed and manufactured according to the specified requirements, it is suitable for the determination of oil content of petroleum wax whose freezing point is above 30℃ and oil content is not more than 15%.

The main points of the method are as follows: the sample is dissolved in the butanone, cooled to -32℃, the wax is separated out, filtered and the butanone in the filtrate is steamed out, the residual oil is weighed, and the oil content of the wax is calculated.

Note: for some waxes with oil content greater than 5%, this method should not be used if the oil cannot be completely dissolved in the butanone and is stratified.

(1) Main structure

This instrument is mainly composed of digital display temperature controller, digital display timer, stainless steel bath, compressor, air flow meter and other components of room temperature ~ 95℃ water bath, room temperature ~ -40℃ cold bath and 35℃ evaporation bath.

● 95℃ water bath (also known as hot bath), -40℃ cold bath as one of the design device, the instrument left for water bath, right for cold bath, two bath each has 4 holes, can be grouped on the sample test.

● Water bath, cold bath, evaporation bath temperature adjustment and control are adopted digital display temperature controller, temperature adjustment and control is accurate and intuitive.

● Evaporation device into the sample blowing volume is detected by the glass rotor flowmeter, can accurately control the blowing volume according to the specific requirements of the test, blowing time can be set by the timer according to the test time requirements.
