SH112 Petroleum kinematic viscometer

The SH112 Petroleum Kinematic Viscometer meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T 265 "Petroleum Products - Determination of Kinematic Viscosity and Dynamic Viscometer Algorithm". It can simultaneously place four viscosities and conduct experiments, and can also serve as a high viscosity constant temperature water bath for other experiments. It adopts a large color LCD screen with Chinese display and no identification buttons. The temperature measurement adopts a precision platinum resistor PT100, which can be set at any temperature between 10 and 100℃. The main and auxiliary heaters automatically switch and can store the constant of the capillary tube when powered off. Automatically calculate viscosity value, and this product also complies with ASTM D445

Kinematic viscosity: Determine the gravity flow under a certain volume model at a constant temperature, and use a calibrated glass capillary viscometer to measure the viscosity of the liquid. The constant of the capillary viscometer flows over time, and the product's kinematic temperature is used to measure the viscosity of the liquid

Main technical characteristics

● The thermostatic bath is a round glass tank, with uniform temperature distribution and good temperature control effect (can be made into double tanks).

● This instrument adopts a precision digital temperature controller to control the temperature inside the bathtub, and the executing element adopts a solid-state relay SSR. It has the characteristics of accurate temperature control accuracy, no contact, no noise, no spark, fast action, and long service life.

● The capillary gauge card adopts a three point vertical type, which is flexible and convenient to operate, and reliable to grip.

● The viscosity tube can be selected according to the needs of Pinot or Ubbelohde viscosity tubes.

● It has a USB drive input function and can output data to the PC for long-term storage.

● Storage method: The experimental results can be stored in 199 sets of historical data for easy query;

● Output Format: The output format of the result USB drive is CSV or Excel.

Technical parameters

Consumables that need to be provided by the customer: water or glycerol. Strictly following national standards, the viscosity tube needs to be cleaned with the following reagents before the experiment: solvent oil or petroleum.
