SH3554 Petroleum Wax Oil Content Analyzer
The SH3554 petroleum wax oil content analyzer is based on the Chinese standard GB/T3554 "Petroleum Wax Oil Content Determination Method" ASTM D721 ISO 2908

Petroleum wax: suitable for determining the oil content of petroleum wax with a freezing point above 30 ℃ and an oil content not exceeding 15%. Dissolve the sample in butanone, cool to -32 ℃, precipitate wax, filter and evaporate the butanone in the filtrate, weigh the residual oil, and calculate the oil content of the wax. If the wax with an oil content greater than 5% cannot be completely dissolved in butanone and separates into layers, this method should not be used.

Main Structure and Characteristics

(1) Main structure
This instrument mainly consists of a digital temperature controller, a digital timer, a stainless steel bath, a compressor, an air flow meter, etc. It is equipped with a water bath at room temperature ~ 95 ℃, a cold bath at room temperature ~ -40 ℃, and an evaporation bath at 35 ℃.

(2) Instrument features
A design device that integrates a 95 ℃ water bath (also known as a hot bath) and a -40 ℃ cold bath. The instrument has a water bath on the left and a cold bath on the right, each with 4 holes, which can be grouped for testing the sample.

The temperature regulation and control of water bath, cold bath, and evaporation bath all use digital temperature controllers, which are accurate and intuitive in temperature regulation and control.

The blowing volume entering the sample in the evaporation device is detected by a glass rotor flowmeter, which can accurately control the blowing volume according to the specific requirements of the test. The blowing time can be set arbitrarily by a timer according to the time requirements of the test.
