SH110 Fully automatic apparent viscosity tester (CCS)
The SH110 fully automatic apparent viscosity tester (CCS) complies with technical specifications such as GB/T6538-2022 "Determination of apparent viscosity of engine oil by cold start simulator method" and ASTM D5293 "Standard test method for measuring surface viscosity of engine oil between -5 ℃ and -30 ℃ using cold start simulator device". Suitable for testing the low-temperature dynamic viscosity index of engine oil. The instrument can measure the apparent viscosity of oil products at temperatures ranging from -35 ℃ to -5 ℃, with intervals of 5 ℃. It has the advantages of accurate measurement, good repeatability, stable performance, and simple operation.
Suitable for measuring the apparent viscosity of engine oil from -5 to -35 ℃ under shear stress of approximately 1200-20000 mPa. s and shear rate of 105-104 S-1. The instrument adopts fully automatic temperature control equipment, and users only need to operate it on the color touch screen to conveniently and quickly conduct testing and analysis.
Apparent viscosity: Apparent viscosity is a physical concept that refers to the quotient obtained by dividing the corresponding shear stress by the shear rate under a certain velocity gradient. It is just a relative rough comparison of liquidity. The true viscosity should be a part of irreversible viscous flow, while the apparent viscosity also includes the part of reversible high elastic deformation, so the apparent viscosity is generally lower than the true viscosity. The apparent viscosity can be divided into shear viscosity and tensile viscosity. The apparent viscosity may be higher or lower than the true viscosity. On the engine oil, he can predict faults caused by insufficient oil pumping performance of the engine.
